Happy Birthday Addie Grace!!

Once again, this is really late. Our camera was lost for a while, so I couldn't get the pictures off the camera till now.
Just wishing our sweet Addie Grace a happy birthday! She turned 3 this month. Addie is such a sweet girl. She is always happy to play with her brothers and sister. We have a lot of fun with her in our family. She is always so prim and proper. We always try to get the other kids to mirror her amazing table manners. I have never know a two (Now three) year old who eats as clean and uses her manners as well as Addison. When all the other children leave the table with a trail of disaster behind them, sweet Addison will still be valiantly poking each pea one-by-one with her fork and wiping her mouth after each bite.
Love you Addie! So happy you are with us!

Rainy Days

Rain for the last 2 or 3 weeks +
Another week of rain in the forecast =

Some very bored, yet strangly creative children with a seriouse case of cabin fever!
The kids got into markers one day. This is Ryan's awesome artwork proudly displayed on Jonathan. Ryan had the goal of turning Jonathan into a tiger. If you look close, there are tiger stripes on just about every inch of Jonathan's body. It was pretty funny when they showed us.
And then below, Sarah felt is was absolutely necessary to try her hand at permanent make-up and Addison willingly became her first victim...

Funny Kids!

Happy Birthday Sarah!!

I have been horrible about blogging lately. Though I am three weeks late - I still wanted to say Happy Birthday to our beatutiful Sarah! Sarah turned 4 in May, and an amazing 4-year-old she is!
Sarah is the best Mother's Day gift I have ever recieved or will ever receive. She was born the Friday before Mother's Day 4 years ago and has kept us smiling us ever since.
Sarah is always a fun little sister with the boys and a sweet and helpful older sister to Addie Grace and Ethan.
I am still working on her birthday movie, so until then - Happy Birthday Sweetie! We Love You!

First Day On The Job!

As I have blogged before - Ryan and Jonathan are seriously early risers. We usually do not need an alarm clock because the boys always wake us up at some point during the wee hours of the morning.
So I figured why not put their early morning energy to goood use?

Ryan and Jonathan now have an early morning paper route for the Idaho State Journal!

They are very excited about it. I help them of course. They have a route of 30 papers for the upper part of our neigborhood. This morning was their first day, and I have to say I was quite impressed with them! They went a lot faster than I had expected them to, running most of the way (they really have A LOT of energy in the morning).

When they get their first pay check we are going to open savings acounts for both of them and get them started on the road to saving for their missions and college (seriously - when they go there will be two of them, so I am totally willing to wake up early with them if it helps us out in the long run....)

I am looking forward to the extra time to spend with the boys in the mornings. They are fun to talk to and I am always amazed by the concepts they grasp and the questions in their minds. I really enjoy having them around.

Here's to some fun (and early) mornings boys!
