Luke is going to be thrilled... he LOVES those cookies (as do I) so I will surprise him with this... now, when the time to bake them, jk i will find time.

Those look amazing! The only bad thing is Jess hates coconut so I would be forced to consume the whole pan by myself! Did you ever become yoga-certified?
